I understand and agree that my employment with Queenstown Hospitality Group [the company] is on an "at-will" basis and can be terminated by either me or the company, at any time, with or without reason or notice. I understand and agree that the company may alter the terms and conditions of employment with or without reason or notice. I further understand and agree that the "at-will" nature of my employment relationship with the company cannot be changed except in writing signed by an agent of the company.
